The front desk staff were professional and easy to approach, and the internet was very good. I stayed two nights and had a good experience. I happened to drive past around 7 pm while trying to get out of traffic, and the free parking just outside was handy. The room was good value, with great hot water, though the heater needs to do a better job of keeping the room warm. Breakfast was decent, but nearly the same spread both days. The only downside was that there wasn't anywhere walkable nearby.

We were never allowed to check in, and they tried to claim we hadn't paid when we had. The woman at the front desk was so rude. Awful experience and a terrible place. This hotel is a scam, don't book.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself was in bad shape and wasn't clean. The sheets weren't changed often, and noise from the rooms next door and above carried through. I've never stayed in such a bad hotel.

The employees were very nice and friendly, and the customer service was great. Still, I expected a better room. There was an unpleasant sewer smell, and when we asked to switch rooms, they weren't willing to provide another one because we'd used the room. A small renovation would make staying here more enjoyable.

The manager came out to talk with us and spoke English. He helped prepare a statement confirming we were staying at the hotel, which we needed as proof of residence for legal business. When we left, he helped carry our luggage to the taxis. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too, calling taxis for us and always being kind. The customer service was phenomenal.
