The staff were polite and helpful, and the location worked well for us. But the room itself was a letdown. It was very basic, with dated furniture and decor, and lacked the comfort and amenities I expected from a Ramada. It felt more like a budget hotel than an established chain, so we didn’t get the refined stay we’d hoped for. I’d recommend it for the location, though the rooms need improvement.
