The Ankara Hotel

The breakfast buffet had loads to choose from, and the service was great. I liked the hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The pillows felt just right, soft enough that they weren't overly firm like the ones in other hotels. I also loved the smell of the toiletries. After a bath with the shower gel, I felt so relaxed, and the fragrance was wonderful.

Things were fine until my last morning, when I found out I was one of only a few guests. They'd moved the decent buffet breakfast to reception and told me to sit while they brought me something, without asking what I wanted. Almost everything on the tray was high in salt, sugar, or nitrates, so I ended up with a tomato, half a cucumber, and tea. It barely covered the need to take a tablet with food. The lack of consideration was striking, and the man at reception seemed shocked.

We held a company event at The Ankara Hotel on July 12-13, and the place was clean and well equipped. The team made the event run smoothly through their flexibility, cooperation, and dedication. Everyone was friendly and quick to respond when we needed something, with a positive, helpful attitude. We're especially grateful to the hotel's General Manager, Hotel Manager - Melike, Restaurant Manager - Kemal Aral, and all the other team members. Thank you all for the strong support.

Everything looked freshly renovated, and I liked how modern, clean, and spacious it all was. The bathroom was especially big, with Grohe brand items, and I think the space could work well for wheelchair users. It also seems like a good hotel for people with children. The corridor was well lit. Staff greeted us politely and carried our bags with a great attitude.
