Ada Apart & Hotel

The manager, Jim, was a big help with our travel arrangements. We had good service, a nice breakfast, and a swimming pool. Our room also had useful things like AC and a TV.

We came to Antalya in November, a family from Finland, and rented ADA hotel for the first time. We loved the calm, pleasant atmosphere and the owner's hospitality. The hotel was very clean, and having a kitchen with all the utensils and hot water available around the clock was important to us. Everything we needed was nearby too. Many thanks for the warm welcome.

We spent two months at the apartment and were really happy there. The hosts were at reception almost every day, and you could see how much they cared about the place. They and the rest of the staff were always so sincerely friendly and smiling, which made the atmosphere lovely. The hotel and apartments were kept very clean, with cleaning done all the time. It's close to the beach and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood without noise. A nice, cozy and comfortable place for a peaceful stay.

We booked three rooms for our family through Expedia. The listing showed large sofas in the living rooms, which some of us planned to sleep on, but every room we were given had tiny sofas. They weren't the rooms we'd booked online. When I pointed that out, the owner told me, “take those rooms or get out.” I calmly asked if he could charge the lower price for the smaller rooms, since the ones we booked cost more. He refused and repeated, “No, take the current rooms or get out.” It was midnight. We were eight people with lots of bags after a long trip, and he was insisting we either accept smaller rooms for the same price or leave. As I went back to tell my family we would leave, the owner followed me, swore at me, and got in my face, threatening to fight when I said I'd report it to Expedia. The other guests called the police. They came, heard our account, and encouraged us to file a report against the owner. We booked Perast City Hotel that night and stayed there for the rest of our time in Antalya. It was a much better experience, with professional, friendly, respectful people. The staff at Ada Apart Hotel showed none of that. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
