The meal was a highlight of our family trip's last day. We'd spotted the restaurant through the door a couple of nights earlier while looking for a proper Old Town restaurant, rather than a pub or simple eatery, and already knew we wanted to try it. We were shown to our table, and since the evening was chilly, a server promptly brought an electric heater. We ordered drinks and mains: a burger for the child, lamb and fish for the ladies, and calamari for the gentleman. Everything was delicious, and the quality was better than we expected at that price. The service was first-class. Two servers looked after us at once, glasses were topped up without asking, and extra drinks arrived quickly with just a signal. The staff gently shooed away the adorable but slightly pesky cats so they wouldn't interrupt dinner too much. Compliments to the servers and chefs for a wonderful meal and experience. It gave us a reason to come back. Thank you.

I used to love this hotel in Antalya. It felt charming, peaceful, and just right. But this time, after the first night and last 24 hours, I was disappointed. The room didn't feel clean. Construction started next door around 4 p.m. and lasted an hour, but I was jet lagged and couldn't sleep. The pool used to be warm and fun to dip into when it was cold outside; now it's cold. In the evening, loud cafe music came from speakers placed too close to the windows. It may be fun for the cafe's patrons, but it was too much for me. I thought this was an adults' hotel, not a place for young people who stay out partying until 5 a.m. I came to rest after a long, hard project, and so far I'm just disappointed.

The hotel was lovely and well located, and the room was comfortable and spacious. We appreciated the sandwiches staff prepared on days when our early schedules meant we couldn't have breakfast. The heated pool wasn't operating during our stay, despite what we'd been told. We also had an interaction with a staff member that felt rude and could be seen as discriminatory. Reception apologized, but we don't know how it was handled afterward. That experience significantly affected our impression, and service could be more consistent.

We tried several places in Antalya, and this was the best restaurant among them. The courtyard had a charming French touch, with cozy, private-feeling tables. Service and presentation were outstanding, and the food was simply amazing. The shrimp and octopus carpaccio were excellent, and the wine was fantastic and reasonably priced. It was the first time we found out Turkey makes really good wine. Thank you for such a wonderful atmosphere and meal!

We left RuinAdalia Hotel with grateful memories and every intention of returning. It was our first time together in Antalya, and the hotel made it unforgettable. We stayed two nights in Kaleiçi, in the heart of the old town, in a beautifully restored Ottoman-era complex. Stone walls and wooden beams sit alongside modern comforts, and the building itself feels like a piece of history. From the main entrance, it felt like stepping back in time. Getting there was confusing at first. The old town's narrow, winding lanes threw us off, especially as first-timers, and GPS wasn't much help. One quick call to reception made all the difference: a staff member came to find us personally. From then on, everyone welcomed us with warmth and genuine smiles. They helped with directions and bags, and were always happy to chat without being intrusive. Muharrem, Zargos, Taner, Hakan, Serkan, and Varol helped make the stay especially memorable. Their kindness and care made it feel like staying with old friends. Our room was spacious, elegant, quiet, and thoughtfully appointed. Breakfast in the peaceful courtyard restaurant was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully presented, with bold but refined flavors, some of the best we've had on our travels. Dinner turned that courtyard into a softly lit, atmospheric space. The menu had only one traditional Turkish dish, with the rest drawing on Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and European cuisines. Every dish we tried was balanced, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. You could tell the chef put care into the food. Beneath the hotel is a private archaeological museum with remains from past civilizations. We planned to visit the next day before leaving. The hotel is a rare mix of comfort, elegance, history, and genuine hospitality. Whether you love history, want a romantic getaway, or are looking for something special, it deserves your attention.
