The facilities felt quite old, and a few things made the room uncomfortable. The sliding bathroom doors weren’t clean. The bedding wasn’t comfortable: the cover was thin, and the blanket seemed very worn, maybe not washed in a long time. The air conditioner worked, but blew straight onto the bed. With it off, the room got stuffy fast. On the plus side, our room was clean, Wi-Fi was very fast, and the receptionist and other employees were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and a highlight of the stay. There’s a garden too.

The location is really great, and the rooms are nice and match what you book. Breakfast is good and plentiful. The bar next door is noisy, but closing the window properly kept it OK during the weekdays.

We really enjoyed our three nights here in April 2025 and would stay again 🙂🙂 The location and price made it well worth it for us. It’s in walking distance of cafes and bars, and the Turkish buffet breakfast is self-service, with a better variety than most. The rooms are clean and serviced regularly, with a good bed and linen. The shower was very average, and the small bathrooms could use renovation. The old building still has plenty of character, though. The Wi-Fi was very good, and all the staff were outstanding. They spoke good English and couldn’t have been more helpful arranging transport and other things. Bruce & Margo

The staff are friendly and professional, and breakfast is decent. The hotel’s right in the middle of the old town, next to kaleici beach, which is worth a visit. It’s just a 2-minute walk away, and best to go before 7am. A fun place even at midnight if you want to enjoy the nightlife.
