Atelya Art Hotel

The courtyard where breakfast is served is lovely, with plenty of seats, and the pool has a good size with two levels of sunbeds. My room had a double bed, though the pillows were a bit hard. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the rooms are old fashioned, which makes sense in Antalya’s Old Town. I can’t believe Google gives this place two stars. It deserves more. There are two bars nearby playing music until 2am, and motorbikes and cars keep passing on the road late at night. That isn’t the hotel’s fault. They provide earplugs, and those saved the day. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was really good, with fresh, quality products, and it was easy to get around from this well located hotel, close to everything. Nights could be a little noisy because it’s near the heart of the old town. The WiFi was also a bit slow in rooms on the far side of the main building. Still, we had a good experience and a nice stay.

After a fire forced us to leave our previous accommodation, the owner and staff took us from the fire site and looked after us. They gave us food, water, clothing, and somewhere to stay, and made a difficult experience comfortable for us. The hotel is beautiful, and we were in amazing hands with genuinely great people. You’re right in the middle of the old town, so take advantage of the earplugs left in the room. Apart from that, this small, family run hotel has lovely old character. It feels like a calm oasis during the day and into the evening, despite its big ambitions. The staff went out of their way with suggestions and support for our stay, and the breakfast was much better than the reviews led me to expect. I highly recommend it if you’re planning a stay in Antalya.
