The staff were attentive and kind, but I can't give the place a good review because our room didn't look like the pictures. We were in room 1, which was tiny and poorly maintained. The shower head didn't work properly, the shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom only by a plastic curtain, and it was hard to get the water temperature right. I'd avoid a ground floor room because of the noise from people coming and going at reception. The other rooms looked much better than ours.

The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. They even taught me a little Turkish, and I enjoyed trying out their language while visiting their country. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and both housekeeping and room service were excellent. The place has a warm feel and a lovely terrace where you can spot parrots. Rooms were clean, cozy, and well equipped, with air conditioning, a minibar, TV, table and chairs, wardrobe, and private bathroom with a shower. Prices are very affordable, and the central location is convenient. A wonderful stay and great value for money.

The owner and his father were wonderful and helpful. We couldn't make it to the usual breakfast, so the owner personally prepared delicious sandwiches and fruit for us instead. Our room had a kettle, cups, a tea set, and a refrigerator. The guesthouse sits in the heart of the old town on a side street, away from the busy main street and its bustle. The Clock Tower and the Kale Kapi tram stop on the T2 line are only 170 m away.

Great value for money, with clean rooms and bathrooms that are tidy, though a little small. The rooms have AC and good Wi-Fi, and the location is perfect, close to the old town. Couldn't ask for more.

The room had a kettle, fridge, private bathroom, AC, and TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, and even shared watermelon during my stay. I don't usually give the top score, but this place deserves it. Great location near the metro station and in the old town.
