Esse Joven Hotel

The staff were great, and our spacious family room had strong hot water. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices and a lovely presentation. Esse Joven is right in the city center, a few steps from Ismetpasa station and within walking distance of MarkAntalya Mall and the main historic sites. Highly recommended.

The man at reception was so kind and helped us with food delivery and everything else. The room was clean, matched the listing, and everything worked. Breakfast had some variety and was about what you'd expect for the price. The location is safe and close to the center and transport, so we didn't have to walk far. It’s a great deal for Antalya, though don’t expect the luxury of a four-star hotel in Europe. For here, I think it deserves four stars.

We stayed five nights in a mini standard room on the fifth floor. It was still spacious, and the balcony was a nice surprise. The staff were great, and room service cleaned whenever we asked. The room and bathroom were tidy, the fridge and AC worked perfectly, and the hair cream in the shower was really good. There’s free drinking water, free parking, and the tram stop is right outside. Breakfast had lots of options, changed daily, and included plenty for kids. The only downside was that there’s no bathroom exhaust, so a smell could build up if the door stayed shut. I’d highly recommend this professional hotel.

The location was the only good part. We checked out today, and the bathroom sink only gave a trickle of water, which made it hard to use. Breakfast was unbearable, with flies on most of the food, and the staff were rude and uncooperative, even refusing to provide cold water at breakfast. The man at reception was friendly, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
