The owners and staff were really kind and helpful, which made up for a lot of the hotel’s shortcomings. The room itself was just okay at best, and our first impression wasn’t great. Breakfast was included and had a good range of food. The Wi-Fi was fast with good coverage, and the air conditioner in our room was powerful. There’s also a small pool, which was a nice extra. The sea is about a 5-10 minute walk away, with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. For the price, it’s pretty good value.

The price felt high for what we got, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Our room was extremely dirty, with used towels and sheets, hair left by previous guests, and food and drink splashes everywhere. We also saw one cockroach on the bed and another just outside the room in the hallway. Only one staff member spoke English. Some of the others did try to make our stay better, but the condition of the place fell far short of even a decent hotel.

I’m only on my first day at Gunduz hotel and already really happy with it. The owner is a great guy, and the rest of the staff are lovely too. They’re kind without being intrusive, so it’s easy to feel comfortable here. The room is bigger than I expected, and the pool area is great, with clean water. I was welcomed with fresh fruit and two bottles of cold water, and later they made me a latte macchiato by the pool. Really recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Antalya and nice Konyaalti. It deserves more than two stars!

Mr. Kadir and his team make things easy and do a great job. The hotel is close to the world famous beach Konyaalti, between the eastern and western tourist areas, and near the heart of downtown. The location is excellent. Rooms are clean, people are welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. Breakfast is clean and just the right amount for the cost. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely come back.
