Breakfast is served in a covered rooftop area on the 10th floor, but the lift only goes up to the 8th, so guests have to climb two floors of stairs. They only provide a few bar items on arrival and don't offer anything more. The hotel sits a little away from the city's main bustle, but the rooms are really well done and the staff are welcoming and hospitable. They try hard to help guests, which makes up for a lot of the location's shortcomings. All in all, we had a good experience and would recommend it.

The treatment we got was absolutely disgusting. After we booked excursions through another company, the hotel mistreated us. They stopped cleaning our room for the rest of our stay and wouldn't give us clean towels. I've never experienced service this horrible, and I've had better treatment in 3rd world countries. The excursion prices they quoted were over £500 for three people for grafting, zip lining and quad biking. I booked elsewhere for £40 for the three of us. Once the hotel found out, the way they treated us changed. I took pictures of the room as we left and will upload them for everyone to see. Do not stay here. You'll regret it.

The breakfast was tasty and there are lots of restaurants nearby, with a very good location. I couldn't download the videos of the room and breakfast, unfortunately. I came to Antalya for the first time with my mom, after visiting Istanbul many times. I booked expecting the usual thing where the photos look beautiful but the real room is just so-so. Instead, the room was even more beautiful than the pictures, and spotless clean. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff really made this stay for us. They gave us plenty of information about the city, arranged a sauna during their day off, and, most of all, helped us a lot after we missed our flight. Their service reminded me of what you'd get from staff at top hotels like Hilton. The hotel itself is very good and right in the city centre.
