The pool is tiny, so don't expect to swim laps, but it's a nice way to cool down on a hot day. The staff were all brilliant, and the manager was especially attentive. We had a couple of problems, and he handled them like they mattered personally. If they didn't have something, he'd even go to a local shop to get it for us. It's a lovely new boutique hotel, and they were still adding thoughtful touches at the end of the season. The entrance was bare when we arrived, then plants and a red carpet appeared within a couple of days. We kept noticing new things being done, and everyone was friendly and keen to make us comfortable.

The place smelled of cat crap, with cats everywhere. The food didn't suit us, and the staff were helpful but seemed uninterested. Our room was small, and the pool was tiny with no lounge area.

The food was awful. The finger cheese had mold on it; after we pointed it out, they just took away the moldy pieces. Nobody could eat the meal. The staff didn't speak to you, and it was just a horrible hotel to stay in. I'd give it 1/10, and even that's too much. I arrived on July 2, expecting to stay 7-8 days because the clinic had told me treatment would take seven days. I had no flight home booked because I was transferring to Marmaris by private transfer. The clinic thought my treatment would be finished on day five, and they tried to make me leave on day six. If I'd had a flight home, that would have been fine, since the date would have been clear. Instead, they tried to charge £150 a night for me to stay. No chance.

The staff were wonderful, polite, and very helpful, and the location made it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and other amenities. The cliff front and walking route are close by, with beautiful views. I stayed for a week in February 2025. The hotel was clean and well maintained. My room was modern and clean, with a kettle, coffee, and a good shower, though no balcony. The pillows weren't especially comfortable. Breakfast was basic but fine, and the tiny pool was too cold to use in February.
