Really nice.

We were here for an off-season holiday and arranged everything over WhatsApp without any trouble. Murat met us at reception, helped with our suitcases, and pointed us to a great, inexpensive place to stay nearby. We especially appreciated that he didn't charge for our late check-in. Elnur took over after him. He speaks excellent Russian, and we asked him questions throughout the trip. We had a lovely conversation, and his help made it easier to plan our days and see more. Mine, a pleasant girl who works here too, helped us book a taxi on departure day and kindly offered tea and coffee. We loved the atmospheric room in Turkish hammam style. It stayed warm and dry despite the chilly weather outside. We could see the sea from the window and hear the seagulls. The price and the actual stay both met our expectations. We'll definitely come back in summer.

The noise was beyond belief, and the hotel seemed to be used for other purposes. The door had a gap underneath, the beds were broken, and floor tiles were broken too. There were fights and plenty of noise, plus more problems. It's a total disaster. You'd be more comfortable pitching a tent outside. Don't bring your family, you'll regret it. This is the most awful hotel I've ever seen.

It's a quiet, family-friendly place at a nice affordable price, with friendly staff and excellent cleanliness. The location is excellent too, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend it.
