The breakfast staff were nice, and the hotel was cleaner than some other reviews suggest, though one towel had a grim stain. But the TV didn’t work, and the internet was out too. Staff said they’d send someone to check, presumably the router, but it still didn’t work. We asked how to get to Termessos since no tours were available. They kept telling us it was too expensive, so we eventually flagged down a taxi ourselves, and the private hire fare was reasonable. I was also frustrated that a deposit was required for a second key card. When I said how disappointed I was with the hotel so far, staff gave a heavy sigh, as if they heard it all the time. One star for the breakfast team, but I’d avoid this place.

The staff were the best part, especially FURKAN and SEDA, and breakfast was great. The room was clean, but the double room I had to myself was a bit tight, though big enough. The bathroom had plenty of space, but the shower needed replacing, so I had to use the taps instead. The road outside was noisy. The pillows were so uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep the first night. On the second, I made myself a makeshift pillow from a quilt in the cupboard, which saved the night.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, always smiling and keen to help. General Manager Bahattin greeted me personally, and head chef Furkan took special care of my food needs. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and the location was excellent, just 50 meters from Lara Beach. This was the best property I’ve stayed at in Antalya.

When I got to the room, it was dirty, the sheets hadn’t been changed, and pillows were on the floor. They put an extra bed in a single room and called it a double, even though one bed blocked the balcony door because the room clearly wasn’t designed for two. They tried charging me 60 GBP for it, while a quick look at their website showed 300TL, about 32GBP, for a room like that. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but they charged extra for it too. Terrible experience. Tourists should avoid this place.
