The historic location deserves five stars, but the businesses get one. The shops are nice, yet vendors ask for ridiculously high prices. They seem to see you as a walking cash machine and aren’t very friendly. The location is great, but everything else feels like a jungle, unless you’re into showing off lots of fake stuff.
I’ve been here several times, so this is based on more than one visit. The prices and quality are excellent, and the staff are helpful without pressuring you to buy. You can browse freely, and shoppers who purchase products get free transfers to and from their hotel. They also offer free drinks while you shop. For the Antalya area, this is the only place you need!
Mostly counterfeit goods are sold at this clean bazaar. I didn’t buy anything, but I enjoyed the atmosphere. The vendors were generally friendly and didn’t push too hard.
There’s so much to look at in the pretty little shops, with lovely souvenirs, and the place is nice and clean. I took the tram there from my hotel. I met the YouTube sensation ice cream man, who served me some ice cream, and we had a good laugh. I loved Antalya and will definitely visit again. Definitely recommend.
We spent hours wandering around the historic streets and bazaar-like area. I’m not sure whether we saw all of it, but it was really pretty, and the people were great. I had some good conversations there.
