We chose this hotel deliberately because we wanted scenery and peace. We’ve long loved Tekirova and think this is the best value in this location. We stayed for a full 10 days in July 2025, two adults and children aged 4 and 7, and paid only 226,000 rubles for four people. We go to Turkey every year, so we have plenty to compare with. Just be aware this place isn’t for discerning travelers. The location is ideal for the village: a five-minute easy walk, then a scenic five-minute drive to the beach. The grounds are surrounded by greenery, with a gorgeous azure sea. We always found free sun loungers at the beach. The renovated rooms were clean and fresh, and cleaned every day. The kids enjoyed the limited entertainment, including puzzles, play dough, bracelets, and beads. For adults, there’s no entertainment apart from karaoke, and the slides ran on a schedule twice a day. Food was the one downside. This feels more like a 3-star than a 4-star hotel. It was decent in the first few days, with grilled fish and meat, but got worse as more guests arrived, leaving chicken and prepared foods. We could always find something to eat, though, with plenty of vegetables, herbs, cheeses, and side dishes. The ice cream served on site was delicious and came in different flavors each day. Pizza was good, the red wine decent, and the girl at the bar made a delicious alcoholic mojito. There’s nothing fancy here, but Tekirova is one of the coast’s most expensive destinations. If you’re after nature and the sea, this is ideal. It’s strange to see negative reviews. We knew what we were choosing and were quite satisfied.

The biggest draw for me was the setting in a pine forest, the only forest in town as far as I know. The sea is a five-minute walk away, good cardio, and the town isn’t far either. You can take a tuk-tuk (taxi), though there’s not much there besides cheap shops. We went on mountain excursions, rented a car, and visited Goynuk and Kemer, where there’s plenty to see and do. For me, a holiday here is about nature and swimming in the sea, not lounging at a luxury hotel. It’s a solid 3-star place that delivers what it promises. Don’t expect 5-star service. The food is decent and plentiful, drinks are like elsewhere, everything is clean and in good condition, and the pool is big enough for everyone. There are downsides: the grounds are tiny and there’s basically no entertainment. The mothers getting drunk and yelling karaoke every night until 11 pm were mind-blowing. Luckily, you can slip into the large neighboring hotels to dance or watch their good shows, so there are options. Look for the positives and enjoy your vacation.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and both the beach and pool were great. We also ate really well: plenty of good choices at breakfast, tasty food with olive oil and meat dishes, excellent pita, plus lots of ice cream, afternoon tea and cakes. The setting is lovely, and the staff put in a lot of effort. We checked out yesterday morning, very happy with our stay, and hope to be back next year. I don't know what people leaving bad reviews expected, maybe service worth 250,000 lira for 25,000 lira. Thanks, Pirate's!

The forest setting, grounds, sea, pool and overall facilities are lovely, and the salad, greens and fruit selection was good. The bar had decent drinks without much waiting despite having just one staff member, and the pide chef at the snack bar made tasty food. But the hotel is short-staffed, and that shows in weak cleaning, especially in shared areas. My room wasn't badly cleaned, but overall hygiene was poor. The main issue was lunch and dinner. Breakfast was okay, but the main dishes were very mediocre. One meal's entire offering looked like the joke in my first photo. Anything that looked like Adana kebab seemed to be cheap pre-made chicken, hard to tell apart from vegetables. The desserts were like the ones in my photo, only different colors. I also shared the appetizers so you can judge for yourself. For children, there was a Russian animator who danced with them to 5-6 songs. They say there's a kids club, but there isn't one, and during the day the pool had no activities apart from darts. I've stayed at around 20 hotels, including 2-3 star places, and haven't seen main courses this mediocre. The staff seemed unhappy too. They're few in number and, though they work selflessly, their pay is apparently late or incomplete, which affects guests as well. With a few more people on staff and a better kitchen, the excellent location and facilities could earn all positive reviews.

The sea and beach are beautiful, and the hotel's location is handy for local attractions. The room was a good size and the air conditioning worked well, while staff were helpful whenever we asked. Still, getting around the building was miserable, especially the floors and elevator. Our first room, supposedly ready, had used glasses lying about, a dirty toilet and a bidet completely detached. We switched rooms, then waited 30 minutes for someone to fix its faulty door sensor. Staffing seemed thin. On our last day I saw someone cleaning rooms, but ours hadn't been done. Maybe they'd come while we were out, so I don't want to assume, or perhaps we should have called. Food was okay given the state of things. There was plenty of fruit and dessert, and a small bakery sold fresh pastries at dinner, but the red meat was clearly cheap and poor quality. The lobby had limited choices but drinks were unlimited. I expected food and drink service at the beach, but saw none, despite businesses from other hotels being there. We're here for our last night, and I wish I'd checked the Google reviews before arriving. They were accurate.
