Old Town Point Hotel Antalya

The one bright spot was breakfast, which was quite generous with vegetables, fruit, eggs, and cold meats. The rooms, though, are terrible. There was only one working remote for two air conditioners, bathroom dispensers didn’t work, and they brought shower gel in empty coffee cups. In almost all the two-room rooms, the faulty rain shower heads practically fall on your head. Key cards regularly failed, so you had to go to reception to have the door opened. I’m writing this because a website error led them to make a regular customer pay extra for breakfast. It sounds crazy, but they’re good at ripping off customers, and I’m sure I’m not the first.

Milena from Guest Relations really stood out. She helped us with everything we needed and shared some great nearby places to check out. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly and helpful, and after a full day of walking, the spa was just right for unwinding. The facilities were good and the rooms comfortable. We’ve just returned from our stay and had a great time. Old Town Point is right in central Antalya, so getting around and exploring was easy. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re heading to the city.

I was so pleased with the hotel that I extended my original three-day booking to six days. I was in Room 8001, and everything was perfect. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the service was top-notch, and the food was tasty. Breakfast was fresh, and room service always arrived on time. Special thanks to the cleaning lady for her excellent service and cleanliness. The location is convenient too. I highly recommend Old Point Hotel and will stay here again when I visit.
