The location is excellent. You can walk to everything, and the tram is close too. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, very tasty, with plenty of room to sit. For a three-star hotel, I think it’s very good value and deserves four stars. Mahmut at reception is always welcoming, greeting us with a hello or good morning, and his service is great. When I realized I’d left my passport in the room at checkout, he’d already brought it to the desk by the time I returned. That saved me a lot of time, so thank you again for all your help. I asked whether we could have a room without carpet because of an allergy, and instead we were given an upgrade. We were so happy with that, it made our holiday. I’m very satisfied with the staff and will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The rooms are clean and the hotel is well looked after. Some areas could use renovation, but it’s a minor concern, and upgrades would likely mean higher rates. There are a couple of small inconveniences too: no chairs in the room, and tea and coffee come in plastic cups instead of ceramic. The staff were a real highlight. Reception was friendly and quick to sort out any issues, while housekeeping cleaned daily and changed the bedding and towels during our stay. The location is hard to beat, right in the historic town, close to the marina, plenty of restaurants and attractions, and a nearby local market. Just check prices before buying there, since they can vary quite a bit. For the price, it’s a solid choice that offers a lot. I’d happily recommend it to visitors and will definitely return.

I came to Antalya for a dental appointment and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is a three-star place, and the rooms could use some updating, but the reception team made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they easily helped me switch to an upgraded room. I also had a wonderful massage with Indah. She was excellent, and I came away feeling completely relaxed, like a new person. The spa has a steam room, sauna and hammam, and there’s gym access around the clock. Thanks to the whole team, especially Özgün, for making my stay so comfortable.

For about £22 a night, the value is hard to beat. That includes a decent buffet breakfast, gym access, daily room cleaning with fresh linen and towels, mineral water, and tea and coffee. It actually costs less than staying at home in the UK! There’s also a spa with professional massages and a Turkish Bath, which cost extra but are reasonably priced. It’s about five minutes from the Old town and boat harbour, close to the tram station, and near Mark Antalya Mall and plenty of reasonably priced places to eat. The tram to the airport costs just 35 lira (55 pence ). The hotel is around three stars, but the staff and service are seven star, genuinely great people and very professional. I’d definitely stay again.
