River Elite Hotel Spa

We stayed 11 nights at Grand Güllük Hotel. Room 701 had lots of space and a lovely view of the surrounding area and mountains. The bed was comfortably firm, the bathroom was a good size, and there was a kettle, coffee supplies, a small fridge, and air conditioning. Slippers, a hairdryer, and daily bottles of water were complimentary. Turkish tea and coffee were available throughout the day in the breakfast area. Metin at reception was helpful, and Gulseren and Fatma served breakfast with smiles. The Wi-Fi was available, but there was no safe, no English TV channels, and no spa. The shower tray corners had mould and need upgrading, and the rooms aren't fully soundproof. Most places are walkable or a tram ride away. From the airport, tram T1A to Muratpasa stops in front of MarkAntalya mall, then it's a short walk.

Abdul Qadir was a very helpful chap. We'll come back. The rooms were tidy with a good mattress. We had moved here from a place around the corner after ending up with back pain. Breakfast was good, too.

I couldn't make it to Antalya because I had a medical emergency at the airport on the way there. I contacted the hotel, then tried through the travel agency, but they showed no understanding of what I'd been through and wouldn't refund my money. They were very inflexible, with no heart or compassion. Life is like a boomerang: what you put out into the world, good or bad, eventually comes back in some form. I'm really disappointed in these heartless people.

The breakfast was a highlight every day, fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices for different tastes. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, a great place to unwind after exploring. The hotel is right in the city center, so key attractions, restaurants, and local shops were easy to reach. Staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I had a fantastic stay at Grand Güllük Hotel Antylia and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Looking forward to coming back!
