Rixos Downtown Antalya Hotel

We were welcomed right at the car by the concierge, who took our luggage straight away. At reception, they spared us a wait in line with our child, took our passports, and sent us to lunch instead. When we came back, our keys were ready for an upgraded room, a lovely gesture for us as returning customers. Guest Relations called the next day to see how we were doing, which reinforced how valued we felt throughout. Many thanks to the staff for such a warm, thoughtful welcome.

The warm, relaxing atmosphere and the care taken with details stood out during my stay. Everything was impressively clean, including my room, which stayed spotless, comfortable, and well looked after. The room itself was comfortable, and the service across the property was outstanding. The staff made a big difference. From arrival, they were welcoming, smiling, and ready to help with whatever I needed. I felt valued and well taken care of. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it. Thanks to the whole team for making the visit so enjoyable.

We had a great stay, with lovely views and staff who really do listen to feedback. The cuisine experience today was fabulous, and the crossfit event was great too. The massages were amazing, and I'd recommend Haman and swedish masages. Hasan looked after us especially well in the 16+ adults only area, and Mehmet Sonocak was always attentive in the mornings. Kubra and David in guest relations were absolutely fantastic. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We spent a week at Rixos Downtown Antalya as a family, and we'd definitely choose it again. The kids had daily parties, activities, a playground, and interactive workshops to keep them busy. There was plenty going on for adults too, from live music and DJs to sports and outdoor entertainment, with a lively feel that never became too much. The private beach was relaxing and well organized, and the elevator made it easy to reach. Free extras like The Land of Legends, à la carte restaurant options, and bicycles were a nice bonus. The food was a real highlight, with lots of fresh, well-presented dishes and desserts every day, including premium items like caviar and oysters. Cocktails were carefully made with high-class brands. Try the Petit Beurre cocktail. Staff were consistently polite, helpful, professional, and smiling, and nobody asked us for tips, which made the service feel genuine. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere, a beautiful lobby, and a perfect location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the decor feels a little dated. The pools are large and heated, which we liked. An indoor pool would have made it even better, or at least an interactive outdoor pool for kids. Everything we saw, from our room and bathroom to the restaurants, bars, pools, and shared areas, was spotless. For us, Rixos Downtown Antalya was the best hotel in Antalya, bringing together luxury, family fun, good food, thoughtful service, and memorable experiences.
