I liked how quiet and comfortable this little flat was, and security was the main thing for me. They don't let strangers in. There are plenty of shops nearby, and it's a five-minute taxi ride to the sea, or 10-15 minutes to the centre. The staff were lovely, thank you! 🫶🇹🇷 I'd happily come back.

We ended up leaving after two days and finding another place for the rest of our trip. The AC worked, but the fridge was so loud it kept us from sleeping, and there was no view since the window sits at the bottom of the wall. We booked because it was “cheap” and expected to be near the beach and town. The tram stop was a 15-minute walk, which felt far in the heat and humidity. The attic room had an angled wall, and I hit my head on it twice. The bedroom was just part of the same space separated by a barrier, with frustratingly little light. The shower was dirty, and the washing machine was in an extremely disgusting condition. I had to buy cleaning products just to wash our clothes once. I wouldn't stay here again.

We just wanted some time together as a family, but the way we were treated made us angry. My sister had come from abroad and booked the place. I went with my husband and mother-in-law to visit her and have tea inside. Security stopped us and said non-tenants couldn't visit. He told us we could sit in the garden instead. We said we were family. Only after we got upset did he say we could go in, but that he needed our IDs first, as though he were doing us a favor. It felt like we were being treated as if we'd asked for something unreasonable. We spoke to the owner, who was very rude and threatened, “I'm going to call the police!” He seemed to think we were angry about having to show our IDs. We were upset about the lack of empathy and how we'd been treated. Thanks for ruining our vacation! Edit after the owner's response: Dear owner, we're well aware of five-star hotels and tourism. That attitude, acting as if you're better than everyone else and treating people disrespectfully, was the problem from the start. I'll explain again in case my English wasn't clear. Security first said, “It's not allowed to have guests at all!” The request for our IDs came afterward as a favor, once we were already upset and had shown our discomfort. We were the ones who wanted to call the police first. Don't change the facts. Why didn't you come while we were there? You put on a show after we'd left to mislead people.

The place was clean, had air conditioning, and the hosts were friendly. Grocery shops and the market are close by, and regular transport goes to the city centre. I'd definitely return.
