The staff made me feel at home, and I had a great time. Its central location is a plus, and guests can also use their second facility, “BeBold,” for socializing and daily activities. I met lots of people and went on a pub crawl 🍻. I don’t think I’d choose another place in the city center 😊

Parking is available about 100m away, and the only real plus for us was being able to walk to the old town. We booked a ground-floor, two-bedroom place without a balcony for six people, with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The staff member took us up the stairs to a first-floor two-bedroom unit with a balcony, one queen, one single, and a sofa bed. I pointed out the mismatch as we went up, but he kept saying it was correct. After we moved all our luggage upstairs and saw the unit, I checked again. He went back to reception to check with the boss, and we had to carry five large suitcases back down. The floor was so dirty that our feet turned black when we walked barefoot. There was no hot water, so we couldn’t shower in the cold weather. The sofa seats were stained, the soundproofing was poor and we could hear motorbikes, footsteps, and people talking. The kettle had white egg yolk in it.

Our room in B block suited us well, and the shared kitchen was handy. It’s tucked in an alley in the city center, close to shops and restaurants, and felt like good value for money. There’s a karaoke restaurant nearby. I stayed on the garden side, so it wasn’t a big issue for me, but if you’re noise-sensitive, ask for a quiet room. For me, it was 10 out of 10.

We got to try a few different rooms, and both were great. The service was extremely good, especially from manager Yigit. It’s in the old town district, with most attractions within walking distance. An amazing place.
