We used the bungalow as a base for trips around the beautiful countryside and for crossing the border into Georgia, and its location worked really well. The family running it were kind, helpful, and easy to approach at any time, so we felt welcome right away. The place was beautiful, very clean, fully equipped, and had everything we needed, even a cozy fireplace for romantic evenings. We loved our stay and would happily return.

My wife and I missed the sunset by just a few minutes, but we still had a great time. The view is fantastic, with tea gardens all around and a beautiful landscape ahead. The host was very friendly. Compared with the mountain lodges we’ve stayed in before, this was by far the cleanest. Breakfast came in packaged portions, was very clean, and had a good variety. The cats who visited us at night got to enjoy the salami. We loved our stay.

Clouds drift past your window in the morning, with all of Arhavi spread out below. Then you can start the day by the warmth of a wood-fired fireplace. We had a beautiful, very enjoyable holiday here. I’ve added a photo of the magnificent night view I took. Definitely worth staying.
