Best Western Premier Hidden Hills Hotel

The location is nice, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a shopping mall five minutes away by car. There’s also an amazing mosque right next to the hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly, going out of their way to serve you. They’re truly blessed! 🙏🏾

My room was comfortable and nice, and most of the restaurant waiters were friendly. The service elsewhere was bad, though. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room for two days even though I put out the ‘clean up’ sign. The lift was broken, so I climbed three floors on the stairs before finding out there was another elevator. The Wi-Fi was bad too.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Our tour group stayed at Hidden Hills Hotel during our last days in Istanbul, and it was conveniently close to the airport with a shuttle available. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was polite and helpful. We met Chef Kadir, who was especially kind and helpful, though the restaurant could use more staff since he seemed to be handling everything himself. I’d definitely recommend Hidden Hills Hotel and would happily stay there again when flying in or out of Istanbul.

I had my first Turkish coffee here, and it was totally worth it. 🙌🏼☕️ I ended up at this hotel in Istanbul unexpectedly after my flight was diverted because of the war in the Middle East. I had two fractures, one in my collarbone and one in my knee, and was in severe pain. I could barely walk or move properly. Alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language, I felt scared and helpless. The staff made sure I felt safe and cared for despite the language barrier. I’m especially grateful to the cleaning staff, the lady manager, and the wonderful woman who brought meals to my room. They were patient, warm, and compassionate, checked on me often, and helped however they could. Their hospitality made me feel protected and supported at a terrifying, difficult time. I’ll never forget the humanity they showed me. Thank you for turning a painful, stressful situation into one with kindness and dignity. ❤️🫶🏼🫂
