What started as a simple long stay came to feel like being part of a family. From my first day until I left, I was met with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Everyone worked hard to make me comfortable, and even my demanding or last-minute requests were handled patiently and with a smile. It’s rare to find hospitality that feels so sincere and effortless. I’m especially grateful to Mr. İrfan and Ms. Özge for their care and attention throughout my stay. Their dedication and willingness to help made a real difference. Thanks also to Ayhan and the rest of the hotel team, from the cleaning staff who kept everything spotless and welcoming to management and the owner. Every person helped make the place feel warm and comfortable. This is a place where you feel valued and genuinely cared for, and I’m deeply grateful for such a memorable stay. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and people who truly care about their guests. Thank you all again. I hope I can return in the future.

During my 11-hour layover, the receptionist was really helpful and polite. Breakfast was okay, and I met Irfan, the manager on duty, who was a gentleman and did everything he could to accommodate me. It’s a family-run hotel, and I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it. Your brother from another mother, Hassan from the UK.

The thing that stood out was how helpful the staff were. They even ordered dinner for me and made Turkish coffee, and breakfast starts at 7 a.m., which worked well for early flights. My husband and I stayed here on separate trips and were both happy with the service and our clean, comfortable rooms. The WiFi was excellent, and the price was surprisingly good. We often pass through Istanbul, and GNC hotel has been our best stay so far compared with the other places we’ve tried. İrfan, thanks to you and the team for your hospitality!

They arranged a ride from the airport to the hotel, then back to the airport the next day for our flight. The prices were fair, the rooms clean, and breakfast food fresh. Big thanks to the friendly owner and staff, everyone made us feel welcome and looked after.

We chose this place based on the reviews, and they didn’t let us down. The rooms are on the small side, but everything was new and very clean. The hotel had only been open a couple of months, yet the staff were so lovely and ready to help with anything. We’ve stayed in all kinds of places around Turkey, and these people really stood out. They took time to chat, checked if we needed anything, and even came out to the car to get our bags. Nothing felt like a hassle. Thanks so much for having us 🙏
