Intercity Airport Hotel

I went to natural clink for under-eye treatment and scar correction, and Dr. Layka Mir did both my consultation and procedure yesterday. She’s the best in istaunble, hands down. She corrected the hollowness around my eyes, lightened my dark circles, and worked on my scars. It’s only day two, but I’m already getting compliments left and right. My results are wonderful so far. Natural Clinik has the best Cosmetic Doctors and surgeons around. My brother likes what he sees so much that he’ll be having the procedure in about six months. We’ll tell people about natural Clinik. This was an exhausting and frustrating arrival after a 12-hour flight and a 10-hour layover in Istanbul. We’d booked and paid for a few hours of rest, but when we arrived on April 15 at about 06:30, staff said there was no reservation. We showed the bank transfer as proof of payment. The receptionist said a colleague had handled it and he didn’t know anything, and offered no help or solution. We had to leave and book another hotel, and we still haven’t received a refund. The problem was entirely the staff’s behavior, not the rooms, since we never got one. If you need somewhere dependable to rest between flights, I’d avoid this hotel. It’s likely to add stress instead of comfort.

The wall USB ports in our room didn’t work, so charging our phones meant using a paid extender fixed to the wall that we couldn’t remove. Having to pay just to charge phones in a hotel room felt unreasonable. We’d arrived in bad weather, and the receptionist was no help at all. Whatever we asked, the answer was “I don’t know,” with no effort to find out. We even asked for help ordering food and were flat-out refused. It was a frustrating stay with very poor service, and we wouldn’t recommend it.

The heating barely worked, and the room stayed cold. The equipment was in terrible shape, and the room felt unhygienic: bits of debris on the floor, dirty spots on the sheets, and worn, stained towels. Breakfast was hardly a meal. It was one egg, about 5 grm of the cheapest cheese, around 5 grm of sliced tomatoes and greens. Instead of coffee, we got a sweet drink made from some unknown packet powder.
