I came with a tour group, but my room had a smelly toilet and no lamp by the bed. Once I switched off the main lights, it was completely dark, so I had to leave the bathroom door open, even though the smell was unpleasant. The hotel was fully booked, so I couldn't change rooms. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower area was too narrow to fit comfortably. I had to leave its door open while showering, which flooded the floor because there was no drain outside the shower. It was a very unpleasant stay.

Hilal was especially quick and helpful whenever we needed something, and the service overall was amazing. My husband and I stayed in the Iris Hanım room, which was spacious and comfortable, with the amenities well prepared. Breakfast and dinner were delicious too. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance to return.

It's in a lovely village away from the tourist routes, so you can relax and enjoy the views. The hotel was one of the most amazing I've seen, cozy and nicely decorated, with a huge room where every detail felt right. The rock bathtub was the standout, and the bathroom was beautiful overall. The staff were kind and helpful.

We stayed in the Huseyin Bey room with our family and would choose it again. The terrace rooms have magnificent views, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were attentive and friendly, and everything about breakfast and our stay was wonderful. I'd also like to thank omer bey.

It's a unique concept, staying in a hotel built into a stone cave, and the quiet location inside the town had almost no people around. Our room was clean and comfortable, though the food was only average. We visited in winter and felt cold. There's no passenger lift, and some rooms are far from reception, about a 10 minute walk via stairs.
