We reached out at the last minute because we needed to quarantine, and the owner welcomed us warmly with everything ready for our stay. It's a very beautiful place, and the owner was so helpful. I'd recommend staying here in summer more than in winter, since the room felt quite cold inside. There is an air conditioner, but it takes a while to warm the room up. I'd definitely come again if I'm passing through Ayvalik!

I really appreciated that the owner waited for me when I arrived late. The room was lovely and clean, and even the bedsheets smelled great. The owners speak very little English, but they make an effort to communicate when needed. I had planned to stay one more night, but found out there were no ferries to lesbos and had to leave. The owner was very nice about it. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't offered. Still, I'd definitely stay here again if I visit Ayvalik.

The neighborhood feels so authentic, like walking through a movie. This is a beautiful, cozy pension with helpful owners and a great breakfast. The price is good for what they offer, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We spent 3 nights in room number 2 on the first floor. It looked nothing like the photos and was very small. Sounds carried through the wooden ceiling, so even conversations or footsteps could be heard inside. Our window faced the shared garden, where people talked loudly, and we kept getting woken up. The toilet drain smelled bad, and there was no ventilation. The bathroom drain couldn't keep up either, so after 5 minutes the floor would be like a lake. Cleanliness didn't seem to be a problem, but we experienced itching, perhaps because of the flowers. The hotel employee leaves after 7 PM, and guests come and go using their own keys, which made me think there could be a security issue. There were no refrigerators in the rooms, so we used the kitchen one, but I think our utensils were used because they were mistaken for shared ones. The only real advantage was being able to walk to the center in 5-10 minutes. I don't think it was worth the price. The hotel employee was very helpful and sweet, though, thank you.
