The rooms are small, cozy and clean, with all the facilities you need. The hotel is new, so we had no problems during our stay. If you want a good-value place to stay in Cunda, I’d choose this one.

A clean, cozy place with a friendly, helpful owner and a great Turkish breakfast. I’d stay here again.

We stayed four nights and were very satisfied. The owners are considerate, attentive and friendly, and the warm, family-like feel made it easy to feel at home. Breakfast was really filling, with tasty cheeses, natural clotted cream and pastries. The location is convenient too, about a five-minute walk from Cunda center.

The parking lot was a real advantage, and it’s very close to the city center. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. We chose Exodus Hotel for a weekend break and want to thank Ms. Ayfer and Mr. Deniz for being so friendly and attentive. I’d definitely recommend it.

I was in Cunda for a running competition and stayed here. The rooms were spotless, but what stood out most was how friendly and attentive the owners were. I missed breakfast time after the race, yet they prepared some for me anyway, which I really appreciated. I won’t stay at another hotel in Ayvalık now. 🙃
