Somehow my earlier review disappeared, so I want people to know what the stay was like before booking. The only thing I really liked was breakfast, so that gets two stars. The courtyard smelled strongly of cat mess, and it was all I could smell over breakfast. Internet from our room failed about 85% of the time. We were told to sit at the other end of the building by the lobby if we wanted to get online. The rooms are extremely small. The so-called economy rooms are hardly cheap, and they don’t even show photos of them. Another couple we met at breakfast also complained about the room size. Our toilet door was broken and wouldn’t close at all, which made using it awkward in a shoebox-sized room with someone else there. On arrival there was no proper reception. A nice woman met us, but gave us no information about the place or room and didn’t take our passports. It felt like nobody was expecting us. When I asked about beaches, I was handed two pamphlets with no further information. I wouldn’t stay again. Management, instead of deleting my review, why not respond?
