Hilton Garden Inn Balikesir

Mehmet deserves a special mention. His positive attitude, professionalism, and helpful manner made the stay more enjoyable, and the way he interacts with guests really stands out. From the warm welcome to the spotless room and attentive service, my stay at Hilton was excellent throughout. The quiet, comfortable atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I'd confidently recommend the hotel to anyone wanting high-quality service and a comfortable stay, and I'll choose Hilton again next time.

The room was clean and the design was nice and neat. Staff were friendly and supportive, but I expected a bit more professionalism. I booked for two because I was with my partner, but later he had to leave, so I stayed alone. At reception, the girl asked for his ID card. I said he was leaving and I'd be staying by myself. She then pointed out that I'd booked and paid for two people, but I didn't understand what she was trying to tell me or whether she wanted me to change rooms. My partner saw me off at the elevator, and that was it.

Shops, supermarkets, and tasty local bakeries are all within a good walk of the hotel. The location worked well, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed support. My family and I had a very good stay, with fabulous service. I really recommend it for individuals, couples, and especially families.

Gulsha at reception was so warm and welcoming, and went out of her way to help us park our car. That hospitality made a real difference. The downtown location also made it easy to explore the city. Our room was exceptionally clean and well kept, with comfortable furniture. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the omelets and fresh cheeses, along with a great variety of other delicious options. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.
