The rooms are small, but the service is excellent for what the hotel offers. The location is very good, the sea is beautiful and clean, and the pools are good and clean too. Food is excellent, varied, and available all day, while the drinks are very good and the bartender is excellent. There are different entertainment shows every day, and the staff are kind and friendly. I hope they give more attention to the gym and kids' room, which are neglected, and the billiard area also needs care. I'd like to see those places improved next year. I'll definitely visit again next year, God willing.

The worst hotel I've ever been to. A big zero.

The food got boring fast. Most main dishes were the same throughout the week, and we only had pancakes once, at breakfast. Housekeeping wasn't great either: there was lots of dust, the floors weren't washed properly, mirrors were left dirty, and the towels weren't changed even though we tipped. Wifi and the safe cost extra. The receptionist gave us an unfriendly welcome and didn't explain the hotel services, so we had to figure them out ourselves. We stayed about a week. The beach is right in front of the hotel, with big umbrellas, clean water, and clean sand. There are shops nearby for souvenirs, clothes, and accessories, and guides and drivers all know the hotel. In the evenings there was a show lasting around two hours, and sometimes they offered a trip to a disco club. There's hardly any entertainment for children. I recommend the sauna and a massage, though they aren't free. The waiters were pleasant and happy to help, even though almost none spoke Russian. My impression was average. It fits three stars, no more. It was fine for a first visit, but next time I'd choose somewhere else.

The rooms are small but clean, and the food was great, especially dinner. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The sea is beautiful, with enough sunbeds on the beach, and the entertainment was amazing. The kids loved it. We had a lovely time and enjoyed it so much. Tesekkurler❣️
