Grand Hotel Derin - All Inclusive

The breakfast was really nasty, enough to sum up the place. Our family room was only one small room, with the beds pushed next to each other and no extra family amenities. The room floor was stained everywhere, the furniture was very old, and no one dared go in without shoes. This definitely isn't a four-star hotel.

For the price, it was fine for just one night, but the woman on duty at reception on 30/09/25 was very rude to my 2.5-year-old baby. It was not nice at all. If you have a baby, don't go here, it's not baby friendly.

I expected at least a decent stay for what I paid, but this was far from it. The noise at night was unbearable, with thin walls letting every sound from the hallways and neighboring rooms through. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful, barely acknowledging problems and offering no solutions. When I asked for basic amenities like fresh towels, I was ignored. Things went downhill as soon as I arrived. The room was dirty, the sheets stained, and there was a musty smell. The bathroom was worse, with mold in the shower and broken fixtures. Cleanliness and maintenance clearly weren't priorities. I'd strongly advise avoiding this hotel unless you're okay with poor service, unclean facilities, and a lack of basic comfort.

I strongly advise avoiding this place. The shower head didn't work, and they didn't fix it, so it was impossible to wash properly. The room was very old, and there was mold in the bathroom. The service staff were disgusting, didn't want to work, and spoke no English, only Turkish. Security seemed pointless when a taxi driver could just get in and knock on my door at 6 am. How did they let him in? Breakfast had enough food to fill up, but it wasn't tasty and the quality was poor. Wi-Fi cost extra, and the staff didn't have change.
