There was no notice anywhere that the hotel was operating under another name, Begonya Hotel. We found nothing about it on the booking site or in our travel documents, and there were no signs or other information when we arrived. We had to work it out ourselves after hours of searching and talking with the transfer driver. It turned out the hotel had been closed for years or was running under the new name, but nobody had told us. We had booked this hotel and couldn't find it on arrival. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. If a hotel has closed or changed its name, that needs to be made clear when people book. Otherwise, it feels deceptive. I definitely wouldn't recommend this accommodation or anything connected with it.
