I had a really positive visit, especially thanks to the SPA team. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. The massages were very good and effective, and helped me relax. The treatment quality was great.

We arrived at the hotel exhausted, only to find that our reservation wasn't showing in their system. The receptionist told us, in a dismissive and unprofessional way, to sit and wait until they could find it. I expected them to check with another department or call the company handling our booking, but they didn't. The atmosphere felt unpleasant, as if my very presence was a bother. I decided to leave and book another hotel.

We had a nice room, and the service was really good. There were loads of food options, though fish was the only seafood choice, and I rarely eat it. I would've liked alternatives such as shrimp, mussels or squid. I also hoped to try pistachio baklava, a Turkish staple, but there wasn't any. The place is otherwise really nice and definitely suited to a holiday. I just wish there were more English-speaking staff, since they welcome guests of different nationalities.

We had a great time both day and night. The hotel puts on good evening shows, and there are play areas for children. The staff were friendly and always smiling. The sea, beach and pier were wonderful, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I'd recommend it to young people and families alike, and I'll definitely return.

We came from Bulgaria with three friends and liked the hotel a lot. It was very clean, service was quick, and the menu had plenty of options. The location was close to the city center.
