A quiet hotel with spacious rooms, a lovely courtyard with fruit trees, and a pool. The showers had plenty of hot water. Ask whether they offer a monthly discount in the off season.

The homemade food was the best I've ever tried, and the location is magnificent. The people are so kind and always willing to help. Highly recommend staying here for a wonderful vacation ☺️🍀😇

This is a fake listing with two fake reviews. The actual hotel is in Beldibi, 10 km to the north.

The location is a real plus: it's about 10 minutes from the free public beach, around 20 minutes from the natural beaches, and close to public transport for getting around. Meal times also make it easy to plan a beach morning, sightseeing after lunch, and dinner back at the hotel. For the price, it provides what you need. You get unlimited water, tea, and coffee, and there are open buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. I'd bring refillable water bottles and a thermos. The main drawback is the food can get repetitive, and some lunch or dinner dishes run out fast, so arriving late can leave you with fewer choices. Internet costs extra, and solar-powered hot water means showers may sometimes be lukewarm. Our room had no hairdryer. The garden could use better organization, with separate smoking and non-smoking areas, since people smoked near children and non-smokers. As a basic place to sleep and eat, it's very good value, and the location and price are excellent.

The sea is lovely and very warm, but getting into it is a real challenge because of huge boulders in the water that nobody removes. You could seriously hurt yourself. I won't return to Beldibi or this hotel. The food has some bright spots thanks to the friendly chef, who makes tasty vegetable dishes, rice, and even borscht, with enough variety that you won't go hungry. But the dining room is mostly vegetarian: there are only two chickens for lunch and a small plate of giblets for the whole hotel, so later arrivals are left with vegetables, rice, and potatoes. There are no sweets, though watermelon and cantaloupe are an acceptable substitute. The advertised alcohol is actually homemade pink brew, unfermented and non-alcoholic, served in wine bottles. They should remove it rather than cause embarrassment. My room wasn't cleaned once during my seven-day stay, despite repeated requests to vacuum the carpet. The hotel seems to have no cleaning staff, leaving the dirty work to young male employees. Getting a face towel takes begging, and they provide just one large towel; there are no bathroom floor towels, even though a three-star hotel is supposed to have them. There are no "Do Not Disturb" signs, so staff may walk in during the morning just to take out trash. The building is old and badly needs renovation. Plaster peels off, the toilet leaks onto the floor when flushed, and wallpaper has been pasted over mold. The mattresses are filthy and need replacing. The hair dryer was split open with wires exposed, which is unsafe. Some rooms are all wood, like a steam room, and their air conditioning barely cools them. One employee, Zukhra, was arrogant, always dissatisfied, and rude, scolding guests over small things as if she were the boss. There should be no place for that kind of employee in a hotel.
