The only real plus is being close to the sea. The location is good, but don’t let that fool you if you’re renting long term: even if you return the apartment in perfect condition, you won’t get your deposit back. Requests or problems are met with a very rude attitude. The internet appears to be available but doesn’t work. The apartments are noisy, the rooms are old and poorly maintained, and there are problems with insects and rodents.

We had a lovely September stay and were very comfortable. The apartments look excellent inside and out, and the owners are great, attentive when needed. Their dogs, Dante and J-Lo, won us over. My daughter, Cinnamon, found it really hard to leave J-Lo 😍. There’s an irritating darbuka from the restaurant next door between 10 pm and 1 am, so it may bother you if you go to bed very early. Otherwise, everything was great. I’ve never seen another place think to put mosquito repellent in the bedroom 👏👏👏👏. The beach is a two-minute walk, including the public beach area with sunbeds.

We’re planning to stay through the end of the month because this place has the quiet, peaceful family feel we’ve been looking for, along with a lovely green setting. The beach and markets are close by too. We’ll definitely come back next year.

We ended up coming on the spur of the moment and stayed from July 1 to 4. In general we were happy, and paid 250 TL per day, probably because the season hadn’t opened yet in Bodrum. It’ll likely be more expensive in July and August. We had the terrace room. It was a bit smaller than the other rooms, but airy. The other rooms seemed a little hot.

For the price, it’s quite good, even with a few small shortcomings. There are plenty of markets and shops nearby for whatever you need, and the sea is about a 100m walk. The garden is lovely and full of greenery. We stayed on the top floor and didn’t feel much need to go down to it, but it was nice.
