Natur Garden Hotel

The hotel is spotless every time, even the toilets look untouched before I use them. The rooms, hallways and courtyard with its fountain all have a pleasant smell, and you can see care in the small details. The food was tasty, with lots of salads and surprisingly good combinations of herbs, corn, cheese and tomatoes. Olive oil and lemons were out at every meal, along with soy sauce for the rice. The pool bar music was great, jazz included. Guests were generally nice, and I only saw rude, drunk people twice. Cats are welcome here ❤️, so be kind to them if you visit this boutique hotel.

The food was excellent, and the hotel itself is nice and well located. The coffee machine was painfully slow, though, and the coffee was the worst I’ve had at a hotel. Most of the staff were very nice, but the bar manager was unkind and rude. He made our stay much worse, and I wouldn’t return because of him. I can’t understand how someone so rude works in customer service.

Asya made a real difference to our holiday. She handled the activities and entertainment, was warm and attentive from the start, and got us involved in lots of things. She also shared detailed information about the region and useful excursion tips. Her positive energy and willingness to listen enriched our stay. The small Hotel Natur Garden in Bitez was clean and well kept, with a calm atmosphere. We especially liked the garden and courtyard fountain as a place to unwind, and felt the price was good value. The sea is only a few steps away, and guests can use a small private beach area with free sunbeds and umbrellas. There are plenty of sports and games too, including table tennis, basketball, tennis, football and darts.

The staff made the trip for us. Oskan and the team were so welcoming, and everyone at reception was kind and helpful. The food was delicious, the pool was great, and both our room and the rest of the hotel looked beautiful. We had an amazing, really relaxing week and will definitely come back.
