I've rarely written a review, but this was bad enough to make me leave one. There was a strong, awful smell in the room, like mildew or worse. Opening the windows, trying the air conditioning, and spraying my own perfume didn't help. The room was dirty and dusty, with mold, and the internet didn't work at all. I politely told the front desk, hoping for a room change or some solution. Instead, the staff seemed uninterested and almost rude. One person shrugged and said the hotel was fully booked without even checking. There was no apology or concern, just indifference. For the price, I expected basic cleanliness and respectful treatment, but got neither. The place felt very unsecured, and the rooms didn't feel safe. The smoke smell was awful and suffocating. The staff were very rude and foul-mouthed. I won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it.

I chose another place right away after seeing how extremely rude the receptionist was. The way guests were treated was unacceptable and unprofessional. If that's their welcome, imagine how bad the stay might be. There's a cheaper, better hotel across the street.

This was the worst hotel of my life. I had a terrible time here: the room was extremely dirty, the service was poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. It didn't feel safe for women, and guest information was shared without consent. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

It was much nicer than I expected. We were lucky to get a spacious corner room.
