Maye Residence

What a lovely property. The landscaping is great, and the whole place is thoughtfully designed to feel calm and peaceful. It's less than a four-minute walk to the beach, and there's a pool. Mr. Erhan really understands what it means to host people well.

The location is handy, with the beach, bars, and shops all about a three-minute walk away. Rooms are a decent size and have a washing machine, a kitchen, and some cutlery. The pool is fine, and breakfast is average. They don't provide tissues, soap, or similar basics, so bring your own. The main drawback was the younger staff's attitude. Apart from the older gentleman who sits in the evening, people came across as unhelpful. Breakfast felt like a favor, and the cleaning staff wouldn't clean daily even when asked. The younger staff were lazy and uncooperative: they'd agree to requests but wouldn't follow through on anything that took extra effort, like bringing another sheet. It's a good place for the location, but the service attitude needs work.

Hello Erhan, thanks so much for looking after my clients at Maye Residence last summer. They were all happy with the rooms, service, and location. The rooms were clean, and the concept felt right for the price. I'll definitely recommend your complex to others.

We were kept awake by other guests partying until 5 am one night and 1 am the next. The property was dirty, untidy, and poorly maintained, and didn't look like the pictures online or on Air BnB. You enter through a culvert with a big puddle of smelly water.
