There's plenty of room at this resort, with lots of beach space and two piers lined with sunbeds. We never had to race for a lounger, and the staff were so helpful. There are several pools too. The food was amazing, with so much choice every night, and the gym was brilliant. They even had Pilates classes every morning!

We paid a premium expecting a high standard, but the stay was frustrating and well below what we anticipated for a hotel in this category. On arrival, the room was reasonably clean, but it wasn't cleaned regularly after that. We repeatedly chased housekeeping and asked for daily cleaning, yet the room was often left unattended. The rooms also looked dated, and we had problems with both the TV and air conditioning. Getting around the resort was often delayed, communication was unclear, and responses to our concerns took too long or didn't come at the level of follow-up we expected. The cleaning staff and general cleanliness fell short of our expectations. Other guests may have a different experience, but based on our own stay, we wouldn't choose to return or recommend it to families looking for a smooth, relaxing holiday.

The setting is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly, and the location is handy, about 30 minutes from the airport and 10 from Bodrum marina. The spa was the highlight of our visit. We spent a lovely afternoon having treatments, led by the delightful Dewi and her team. Once the weekend crowd had left and we'd got to know a few of the waiters and waitresses, things went better. But service at the buffet on Saturday and Sunday night was poor: tables were left uncleared, the food was cold, and we couldn't get a drink. The only open à la carte restaurant cost €75 per person, and its menu was pathetic, with most options also available at the buffet. On the first morning, we woke to an 8:30 call from “reception” saying we were expected at an important meeting at 11:15. I said we weren't available, but was told we'd have to come some other time. Later, when we left for breakfast, we found a letter addressed to us telling us to attend a meeting at 11:15 to be sold excursions. At reception, they said they hadn't made the call and had no idea who had, and didn't seem to care that someone called in their name. That dismissive attitude was unacceptable. It also amazes me that a resort this size was still doing construction in May. Wasn't four months of winter enough? Hearing a jackhammer beside the pool was irritating. Builders were working on the sunset bar area and the snack bar WC facilities.

The villa was lovely, well cared for, and ready for us when we arrived. Requests were handled quickly and with a smile, which made the stay easy and relaxing. From the start, the team were warm and attentive, and we felt comfortable and welcome the whole time. A special thank you to Begum, our manager and hostess. She's professional, kind, and incredibly attentive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was right for us. Her support really shaped the experience. We're very grateful and would gladly return.
