Diana from the entertainment team really made our holiday more memorable. She was upbeat and friendly, and the activities she ran were well organized and fun. The rest of the staff were polite and attentive too. We stayed with our family in June 2026. The room was comfortable and kept clean each day, and there was plenty of good food at every meal, including choices for the kids. The grounds were tidy and well cared for, and being right by the sea made it easy to spend time at the beach. It was a relaxing, family-friendly stay, and we'd happily come back.

The aqua park and pools were a real highlight, and the setting near the beach was lovely. We also found the rooms clean and the food good, with lots of options for families and children. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Bekir for being so kind and providing excellent service. We had a very nice holiday at Crystal Family Resort & Spa and would visit again.

I was visiting from the United States and had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Oguz kutlu. His professionalism, kindness, and attentive manner left a strong impression, and his commitment to guest satisfaction showed in the service we received. The hotel was comfortable, had top-tier amenities, and felt welcoming. The details were well managed, and the staff were consistently friendly and efficient. I had an exceptional stay at this 5-star hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, dependable hospitality experience. thx,,,

We found our room modern and comfortable, and it was thoroughly cleaned every day. The beach is right there too, a lovely place to unwind by the sea. There was plenty to enjoy around the resort, from several pools and kids' slides to spa treatments and a varied entertainment program. The buffet had a huge range of fresh, delicious food for different tastes. The property is beautifully kept and very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. Great for families. We highly recommend Crystal Family Resort & Spa!!!

The staff were kind and very helpful, and the kids enjoyed the resort, though they eventually got bored. There wasn't much to do besides swimming and lounging around. The rooms were spacious and clean, apart from hair on the pillows that I believe was left by the previous occupant. That was alarming. The Wi-Fi was horrendous and kept dropping. When we told staff, they said the connection wasn't very strong. I also couldn't understand why they switch it off at 22.30. I ended up getting an eSIM for reliable internet, so be aware of that. The resort itself was okay.
