Crystal Waterworld

Mademoiselle Elif made a real difference during my four-night stay in May. She was professional, kind, and attentive to detail, and made me feel very welcome. Rosa at the front reception was just as warm and efficient. The staff's care and hospitality made the whole stay feel unforgettable. Everything was perfect from start to finish, with great service, comfort, and atmosphere. This hotel deserves a 5 out of 5, and I highly recommend it. I'll gladly return.

Nasim and Caner were kind and professional, and both sincerely tried to help our group. Their efforts were the only positive part of the stay, though they didn't lead to any meaningful improvements. We were 11 people, having returned after a very positive visit two years ago when I would have rated everything 10/10. This time, room cleanliness, food quality, and entertainment had all dropped sharply, with most things only worth 1 or 2 out of 10. Management was disappointing in its lack of flexibility and response. Even on our last day, they refused our request for a late check-out of just a few extra hours, despite the circumstances and our previous loyalty. I can no longer recommend this hotel. If you're considering it based on reviews from previous years, be aware that management and the overall quality have clearly changed for the worse.

Sedat made sure we had everything we needed and showed excellent hospitality. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel's fish restaurant, with fresh, delicious seafood and a perfect atmosphere by the sea. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at crystal waterworld for 1,5 week. There was plenty of choice at the food corners and main restaurant, and the waterslides were fun for both young and old. Sinan and Suleyman, who work in the irish pub, were very nice and made delicious cocktails.
