Bolu Lagoon City Otel

Choosing this place to stay was the special part of our holiday. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were very pleased, and anyone staying here for the first time can choose it with peace of mind. I recommend it.

Since the new system was introduced, everything has been wonderful. The rooms are spotless, the food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and hospitable.

We were quite pleased with our stay. The hotel is a little far from the center, but getting around is good, so it’s still a place worth considering. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable.

The bathroom and toilet were awful, and we even found condoms in the toilet. The bin hadn't been emptied, there were no tissues, and the bed linens and duvets were very dirty. There was no sign of cleanliness anywhere. The water in the fridge was open and had been drunk, and the surroundings were extremely dirty and uncomfortable. The staff were indifferent and disrespectful. We were led to expect a double bed, but instead got two single beds pushed together. Even the window blind was half missing and dragged along the floor. It felt like an abandoned hotel. This was an incredibly terrible stay, and we decided never to return. I wasted my money, may it be cursed. Don't waste yours on these opportunists. Add a little more and stay somewhere decent.
