I don't normally write reviews, but RUBIS deserves one. The place was spotless and in a great location, and the customer service felt genuinely attentive. They don't just turn their backs and walk away. Every place has its flaws, but there was hardly anything to complain about here. You can trust them, and it's one of the few places I'd recommend. Thank you.

The place was clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged, and everything was great. They were so attentive too. You can go and enjoy yourself with confidence.

The warm house and underfloor heating meant we never felt cold, and everything we might need had been thought of with home comfort in mind. We also really enjoyed the warm, pleasant pool, which was so relaxing. It was a peaceful break in a quiet setting, and we came away rested. The whole place was lovely and very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Thanks to everyone involved. We're definitely planning to come back. 🤍

For a new place, it was really nice and clean, with excellent service. The pool was a good size and comfortably warm. I'd recommend it.

The heated pool was a highlight. Even with snow falling and the temperature at -20 degrees Celsius outside, swimming in the warm water was a wonderful experience. This is the cleanest, newest, and most carefully designed place I've stayed in Bolu.
