We paid over €100 and got a dusty room with bathrooms that smelled awful, so the value for money was far below what we expected. At least the welcome was lovely, and the staff were genuinely kind. The hotel badly needs renovation. Getting up the stairs to the room was also very hard, exhausting, and even dangerous.

The rooms and furnishings were extremely dirty, the breakfast was mediocre, and the property needs renovation. It didn't feel worth the price, and I wouldn't stay here again. We were there on the night of August 14th during our Black Sea tour. My wife had called and settled on 2,500 TL, but at checkout the manager said it would be 2,750 TL if I paid by credit card. We had already agreed on the price, so I explained that and we settled on a compromise. He also claimed he'd changed our room, though we were the only guests there. My wife rightly asked if he'd moved us from a land view room to a sea view one, and told me to pay the agreed amount. To end the absurd discussion, I paid 2,600 TL. I still don't understand the logic. Nobody had asked whether I planned to pay by card or cash, and the price had already been approved. Was that extra 100 TL really worth it?

For the price, I found it mediocre. The towels in our room weren't even the same color, and breakfast was very basic. If a place like this can't make the stay comfortable, it should at least serve decent food, or the other way around. Here, neither the accommodation nor the breakfast worked well.

I was here for one night after staying in Artvin, Şavşat, and Karagöl, and came on someone's recommendation. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Thanks for the little gift for our child, and to Ms. Gamze and the young man whose name I've forgotten for the tea and coffee. The rooms had unnecessarily high ceilings, which was an issue for a family with kids like ours. Breakfast was bad. I’d eaten at Diashora Yayla Evi, Elif Hanım's place in Şavşat, which I recommend, and this one was very poor by comparison. The price felt high for the service, especially compared with where I'd stayed in Şavşat.

The food was delicious, and breakfast stood out for being both really good and varied. The location was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless. The bathroom and toilet felt a little uncomfortable, though they were clean. We only stayed one night and were very happy with it. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive. Thanks again.
