Ataol Otel

Tugçe is what made our stay at Ataol so special. When I got sick, she made sure I could get the best care available on the island and made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend the hotel. It's in a quiet street in the old town center on a beautiful island. Our room had AC and a nice shower, and we enjoyed the breakfasts too.

Friendly staff and a nice location.

We found it good value for money and the room was clean. Mr. Tuncay was very kind and helpful, assisting us in many ways, and I'm giving the review 1 star because they worked with the right person. The location is central, and we stayed two nights, but the room was really cramped for two people. The beds squeaked and creaked so much that we couldn't sleep. When we raised it, the hotel said they'd renovate and replace them at the end of the season. Noise also comes through the thin walls, and although guests are warned at check-in, it's something to keep in mind. Breakfast was average, with few hot options: on day one there were fried eggplant and peppers, boiled eggs, and other items, and on day two they added menemen. They could improve that.

For a central place to stay, this is a good option, close to both the ferry and main square. We were three girls staying for three nights and four days. The room felt a bit cramped for two of us, and at times we could hear noise from neighboring rooms.
