The hotel is in an excellent spot, and the rooms are cozy, tasteful, simple, and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing too, with plenty of variety, including homemade jams and pastries. PetraAda hotel is tucked into a stone corner right in the village center, a little pearl on the pearl island of Bozcaada. It’s a brand-new small hotel, designed with an eclectic eye, mixing local traditional touches with carefully chosen contemporary pieces. The atmosphere brings together an authentic Turkish feel and modern hospitality, and they speak English fluently. It has become one of our lasting memories of Turkey.

The hotel is right in the city center, so everything is close, yet it’s tucked away enough to stay completely quiet in the evenings. It feels like the owners put love and passion into all they do. This family-run place has a stylish, cozy interior with thoughtful details and a warm atmosphere. The owner greets guests each morning with a smile and asks how they’re doing and how the stay is going, so it feels like visiting friends. Breakfast is a highlight: the owner and her mother-in-law cook it themselves, fresh every morning, with lots of variety and delicious home-cooked food. We were absolutely delighted and would happily come back. Highly recommend!

The breakfast changes daily, with homemade hot dishes and desserts that were all delicious. The hotel was very clean too, with rubbish collected each day and fresh towels provided. That mattered to us after a four-night stay at another nice resort where our room hadn’t been cleaned once. PetraAda is centrally located, about a five-minute walk from the ferry terminal. We couldn’t find it on the first day, but it’s at the end of the street opposite Çiçek Pastanesi (Flower Patisserie). We left our car in the Geyikli parking lot and found taxis convenient when needed. My only small suggestion is a bigger wardrobe and more hangers.
