We had a very good breakfast, and the room was clean and spacious, with large beds that were super comfortable. We stayed in a triple room in December 2025 and will come back when we're next in Bursa. Mr. Adem was kind and polite, and Mr. Mehemmat at reception was helpful and respectful. The hotel is among many other hotels, malls, and restaurants, and the main square is within walking distance.

Market access is convenient from here, and the location is excellent. The hotel is clean, orderly, and very quiet.

The breakfast was really bad, which is the main thing that let the hotel down. Otherwise, the rooms are good, the beds are big, and the staff are nice and friendly. Prices aren't too high, Wi-Fi is decent, and there's hotel parking. You're near the city centre and the important, famous places. I'd recommend staying here and would stay again.

Shops nearby make it a little noisy in the daytime, which was my only drawback. The room was clean and big enough, check-in was easy, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for remote work. For the price, it's a good hotel near the city centre. From Bursa Otogeri, take the T2 tram to the last stop, Kent Medanaye, then walk a few minutes.
