The room was clean, and the air conditioning cooled well, but the thermostat never kicked in, so it got too cold with only a light sheet provided. We asked for heavier bedding and were told they only provide it in winter. On the way out, though, we found a quilt in the cupboard, which staff didn't seem to know was there. The fridge also made a lot of noise all night, and there were no softer or alternative pillows when we asked. Toilet paper was scarce. There was a small roll, and we had to request more even though we had paid for two nights upfront. The roll only arrived 10-15 minutes after our second phone call. Breakfast was basic, though small water bottles were available. Staff didn't seem to know about tourist attractions or how to recommend them. It felt better suited to local businesspeople than tourists or families.

The workers and service were very good, which makes this especially sad to report: our expensive makeup and perfumes were stolen. When we raised it with the hotel owner, he denied it and blamed us. I advise against staying here.

The reception staff were very good, especially Aziz. He's easy to talk to, and whenever we called or asked for anything, he responded very well. The service was fantastic, the staff behaved very well, and above all the place was very clean.

On my first visit to Bursa, I loved the room on the 6th floor with its balcony. Ozan, the hotel manager, was very kind and always willing to help. The hotel is central and very clean.

The manager was really friendly, and the hotel was good and clean. It's in a very good spot for shopping, close to stores and a mall. I recommend it.
